The Land Development Agency is seeking planning permission to develop a new residential scheme of 193 dwellings for affordable sale and Part V social housing and a creche all located on a site at the former Teagasc Research Centre in Kinsealy, Co. Dublin. The development includes all associated site works and infrastructure including landscaped open space, internal streets, cycle paths and foot paths, public lighting, drainage and all other associated ancillary works.
